First we'll work together to get clarity on your goals and your why, so we can tap into what you care about for motivation. We'll come up with a personalized plan to help you better manage your stress or hit those activity goals in a way that fits sustainably into your life. Mindfulness techniques can be included as a sustainable skill to learn to help you reach your goals.

The number of appointments can range, from a focused few (~4) to 10+, depending on what your specific goals are. I have helped hundreds of people hit their goals related to changing their relationship with their health and am very excited to help you reach yours. Help with managing your stress or achieving your goals is available via telehealth in Rhode Island and Pennsylvania, with in-person availability coming soon in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
