CBT for insomnia gives you the tools to address the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to sleep. We work together to track your sleep and develop a personalized sleep window that prioritizes your quality of sleep. We will come up with realistic ways to address the thoughts that run and run in your head when you lay down to sleep.

Issues related to Insomnia
Insomnia doesn't happen in a vacuum. You may also have nightmares, difficulty wearing a sleep apnea device, anxiety, hot flashes/night sweats, relationship difficulties that impact your sleep.
